  What drew my wife and I to St Stephen was how welcoming everyone was. Now as a member with a young family, I appreciate the attention given to my children. A wonderful Sunday School program, VBS, family oriented activities, and members that simply ask them how they are all make St Stephen the place I want my kids to build their foundation in Christ.

  I have found this church to be a place that has a family feeling. There is a mixture of music and services. The 9:15 contemporary is a service where you can come in worship with a wonderful praise band. There are all different events throughout the year for all ages. The children's programming is wonderful. The Vacation Bible School, Breakfast with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt are my favorite events that SSMLC has during the year.

  When a young woman is having car troubles in your parking lot. She has her 4 way flashers on and the church community coming into the parking lot. Drive right by her and go inside the church. Not one person stopped to see if everything was ok.
  As I showed up to see if I could help, I witnessed even more of this. My only comment to this young woman was "Maybe they had to hurry up and pray for you inside. Possibly I was the answer to those prayers."
